I too would eat ice-cream quite happily any time of year, but this particular type is widely available only in summer, when the ice-cream vans come out.
I would have framed the shot better if I hadn't been worried about the ice-cream melting in the sunshine, but I have to say I'm rather pleased I caught the drip just in time :-)
In my case, not necessarily. I'd gladly have one of those in any season! :) Good timing of the shot, looks like it's just about to start dripping.
